Yep! Eggs are allowed on Keto. They’re super nutritious and really easy to cook in a variety of ways (egg muffins, fried eggs, scrambled eggs, baked eggs in avocado, poached). Of course, don’t add in eggs if you’re allergic to them!
One common issue is that eggs are often considered “dairy” products. This isn’t actually correct (https://www.quora.com/Are-eggs-considered-dairy-Why-or-why-not). So even if you’re avoiding dairy on Keto, eggs are fine!
