I recently saw ketone powder that you put in water. I bought and love the taste of it. I only use it for a few days a week for extra pick me up. I’ve been on this diet for 6 weeks and have only lost 4 pounds. I feel so much better but still have 25 pounds to go. Calories are around 1500 and I usually stay within the guide lines of fat and protein with in 3-5 units. I walk 30 minutes a day. Any help?
