Am I on the right track?

I’m on week 3 of keto diet consistently under the 20 carb limit and at or below calories recommended by Carb Manager app   Im drinking at least 64 ounces of water. My clothes are looser but this week I am up 2lbs. Im trying to not freak out could it be this program won’t work for me. Last check of ketones last weekend was dark purple. Advice welcome support essential thanks

Hi Anita, congrats on your clothes fitting better! It could be that you are still consuming inflammatory foods or prepackaged foods even though it may keep you under your carb count. I also would be careful on how many days you go under your calorie count. It can be a signal for your body to store fat! I would give it a little more time. 🙂 Good luck!
