Am I eating enough?

having problems losing weight

im told that it’s because I don’t eat enough. I have bulletproof coffee in the morning and then I’m not hungry until like 1pm . I eat dinner and that’s about it. Always a keto recipe

Hey Sandy! This is a common issue because we have been told so long that reducing calories will make the weight fall off. Do you know what your daily intake of calories/macros should be? If not, google a keto calculator and see where that should be. If you are only eating 2 meals a day (or 1 BPC+dinner) you will need to eat quite a large meal to get in your calories. Fat does contain more calories so it is possible that you are eating enough. If you are consuming things like dairy and nuts, it is super easy to overindulge and cause stalls.
