Am I eating enough?

I’m new at this way of eating and what I like is that I feel awake, but I’m starving!  I didn’t make the change for weight loss, and now I’m down to 92 lbs!  Yikes- I exercise moderately, came down with cold in my first week- feeling fairly stabilized but hungry a lot. I must not be eating enough! Any advice is welcome.
