Am I doing this right?

Thanks for your answer a head of time. I’ve been on this keto thing for about 2 months, lost way to much weight then I want, but not sure I’m even doing well or correct.

ImI 6′ was 195 lbs now 183 in the buff. Feel skinny clothes look baggy but still have waist fat. Not sure it’s keto or not. Desire more like 190 lbs and lean . I work out 4-5 x/week but don’t feel any of that gobbs of energy I keep hearing about. Tired brain fog in morning through out day. Granted I am frustrated so may wine at end of day low sugar 2 grams/5oz glass

Maybe should have none. Low carb but even with 60-90 onces water daily don’t get enough sleep or fiber in this so far. Get up at 4:30am bed at 9:00pm not regular BM.either.

Need better guidelines for meals, and find getting some ingredients costly as well. I’m not on Dr salary.

Hi Randal, without seeing what you are eating it is hard to analyze. I think the wine at night could be sabotaging you but also the stress. Not sleeping or getting in enough fiber also is detrimental to your goals. If you are already stressed and working out 4-5x a week you may be taxing your adrenals further. The fact that your body fat is settling around your waist tells me that this is probably the case.
