Am I doing this right?

I’ve been following the Keto Dite plan for a couple of weeks now. I use the strips test and have been in Normal to high. It seems to move back and forth a lot. Am I missing something or does it just take time to balance out? I haven’t lost more than 3 pounds since starting, should I be seeing greater loses? btw, My carbs haven’t stayed between 20-25 pretty consistently.

Hey! The amount of ketones in your body will shift based on the amount of food and types of foods you consume. I would not focus on how much the strips changes but on how your body feels and other benefits of ketosis. Weight loss can take longer for some and that’s ok. It all depends on how much work needs to be done on the inside. Sometimes we can’t see what’s going on because the scale can’t measure that. Good luck! 🙂
