Allergic to coconut

I am highly allergic to Coconut, and many recipes in the book call for Coconut oil, or Coconut milk.  Some say I can substitute other items, but most do not have a substitution.  Can you help recommend substitutions for the cooking with Coconut Oil or using Coconut Flour or Milk in baking and other recipes?  Thank you so much!

Hey! I would say that coconut milk could be swapped with almond milk if it is in a carton but that’s about it. Coconut and almond flours are not interchangeable. I would just cook in ghee, butter, avocado oil or olive!
