Snacks in between meals

Hi Jean,

You can snack on any of the foods from your approved list.  I have found that if I am drinking enough water (very important) I am rarely if ever hungry between meals. A spoonful of coconut oil or nut butters can be delicious!  almond is my favorite. Walnut butter is good but rather expensive.  Stick to organics whenever you can.
